Payment
I accept only PayPal payments in US Dollars.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping and Handling
Standard shipping for my items will be USPS First Class mail.
All ready-to-ship packages will be shipped out within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
All made-to-order packages, please allow 1 week for production unless otherwise stated.
If you need to request a rush order, please contact me at angiecruise[at]cuteurecreations[dot]com and I will do what I can to
accommodate your needs.
I can combine multiple orders from www.CUTEureCreations.com into one shipment to help you save on shipping charges.
If by chance your order is lost in transit please contact me at angiecruise[at]cuteurecreations[dot]com so I can
try to figure out what happened & ensure you have a positive
experience.
Buyer is responsible for any fees related to international shipping or customs charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me at customerservice[at]cuteurecreations[dot]com regarding returns and exchanges, as
I handle these on a case-by-case basis if it is more than 30 days from
purchase.
In case of a return, buyer is responsible for any shipping fees and must
return the item within 21 days of purchase in the same condition they
received it in.

Allergy Info
All items come from a smoke free home, but NOT a pet-free home! I have 2
furry cats in my home and while I do my best to keep them away from my
work, this is not always possible as I work in my living room with them.
Safety Information
Please do not allow children to play with, pull apart, or eat any
accessories. While I take care to assemble them with durability in
mind, they are not indestructible and are not intended to be used as
toys (or food). Accessories should only be used with competent adult
supervision. |
